POSITION: Security Technician (all levels)
LOCATION: GTA
REPORTING TO: Area Manager
COMPENSATION: Hourly Wage (compensation based upon experience)
SUMMARY
Tricrest Professional Services is searching for Security Technicians- all levels, to join our winning team. Candidates must have proven field experience in the Security Industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must possess experience with at least one of the following: camera installations and repairs (CCTV, DVR), access control, communications (DSL/ cable), Networking (Static IP/ DHCP), construction drawings
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must possess your own standard tools and have experience with basic hand tools.
- Must have experience working on client sites in a professional environment
- Must have a positive ‘customer service’ attitude and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Must be available 24/7 for on-call work and last minute work orders.
Level 1
- Experienced with running cable, infrastructure and basic device installations.
- Experienced with assisting senior technicians.
- Experienced running cable and performing installations.
Level 2
- Experience with Enterprise and Small-Medium sized company installations and maintenance.
- Experience with construction drawings, camera installations (CCTV, DVR), service calls, access control, communications (DSL/ cable), Networking (Static IP/ DHCP)
- Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose, resolve, troubleshoot, existing client issues from low level complexity to a high level of complexity.
- Experience working on your own at a client site with minimal supervision.
Level 3
- Experience with Enterprise and small/ medium installations and maintenance.
- Ability to design layouts, supervise and oversee multiple congruent projects.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose, resolve, troubleshoot, existing client issues at all levels of complexity.
- Have experience leading a small team with supervisory responsibilities over a project.
- Experienced troubleshooting at a high level and have the ability to sign off on projects.
2) Field Technician (all levels)
Edmonton/ Vancouver/ Quebec City/ Ottawa/ Toronto
REPORTING TO: Area Manager
COMPENSATION: Hourly Wage (compensation based upon experience)

Tricrest Professional Services is searching for Field Technicians- all skill levels, to join our winning team. Candidates must have proven field experience in the Telecommunications industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants must possess at least two of the following skills sets: Cabling(CAT 3/5/SE/6, COAX, Fiber) PBX, CO Jumpers/ CO Installs, POS installs, DC Power, RF, Wireless, Broadband, VOIP, LAN/ WAN, Networking, CISCO, inside/ outside plant experience.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must possess your own standard tools and vehicle- basic hand tools, BUTT set, Toner/ Probe, LAN tester, Crimper etc.
- Must have experience working on client sites in a professional environment
- Must have a positive ‘customer service’ attitude and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Must be available 24/7 for on-call work and last minute work orders.
Level 1

- Experience with wireless, access points, routers, switches, DC Power.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose, resolve, troubleshoot, existing client issues at all levels of complexity.

3) Sales Executives (Generic or Wireless Telecommunications)
REPORTING TO: Vice President of Sales and Business Development
LOCATION: GTA
COMPENSATION: base salary + a competitive commission structure
SUMMARY
Tricrest Professional Services is searching for top Generic and Wireless Sales Executives in the GTA to join our winning team. Candidates must have proven experience selling generic OR wireless Services and Solutions in the Telecommunications industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of proven direct generic OR wireless telecommunications sales experience selling into Canada and North American carriers, vendors, solution providers and integrators.
- Extensive experience selling Professional Services, Managed Services and the full life cycle of Services.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives.
- Have the ability to successfully carry $4-5M of Service quota.
- Experience presenting to ‘C’ level management within the client base.
- Carry an established list of contacts within the industry and posses the ability to leverage those contacts into profitable business relationships.
- Self starter, requiring minimal supervision.
- Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial small to mid-sized company.
4) Technical Project Coordinator
REPORTING TO: Manager, Customer Service
LOCATION: Mississauga
COMPENSATION: Base Salary+ Benefits

Tricrest Professional Services is searching for a Technical Project Coordinator in Mississauga to join our winning team. Candidates must have proven experience in the Telecommunications industry and posses a solid understanding of technology within the industry.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of proven project coordination experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Posses the ability to successfully coordinate and manage multiple congruent projects with a combined dollar value of $1M or greater.
- Experienced managing project profit and loss.
- Technical experience with Telecommunications tools, materials, and logistics.
- Strong work ethic, with afterhour’s project responsibility.
- Self starter, strong problem solver, requiring minimal supervision.
- Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial small to mid-sized business.
