Tricrest Appoints Chief Operating Officer
Rob May, President & CEO of Tricrest Professional Services, is very pleased to announce the appointment of John Papadakis to the position of Chief Operating Officer. John brings over 22 years of experience in the Telecom, Enterprise and IT services industry and will be a key member of Tricrest’s executive management team.
Prior to joining Tricrest, John was the CTO and Senior Vice President of Operations for 411.ca, where he was instrumental in its explosive growth, helping take the company from a start-up to the leading independent on-line local search destination in Canada. Prior to 411.ca, John held the roles of Vice President of Technology and Operations for Rogers Business Solutions and Senior Vice President of Avaya Global Services (AGS) for Canada where he had full P&L responsibility and was accountable for all aspects of the Services business. Within the first year, John turned AGS Canada into the top performing services region worldwide.
John has extensive senior executive level experience with other major technology and communications companies, most notably Group Telecom, Clearnet (Telus Mobility), Unitel (AT&T Canada). John joined many of these companies at an early stage to help implement structure and facilitate the dramatic growth. In these roles, he not only crafted business and operational strategy, but also designed, delivered, and supported the products, technology, networks and solutions that drove revenue and exceeded customer needs.
John holds an Honours B.A.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto
Tricrest Appoints New Director of Field Operations
Tricrest is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Eaton to the position of Director of Field Operations. Bob brings with him many years of Communications experience.
Prior to Tricrest, Bob had previously worked for companies like: Bell Canada, where he held positions such as Director of Operations, Supervising Internal Auditor and Director of Corporate Security. He also worked with Intellnt Ltd as President and Director of Operations.
Bob brings with him a wealth of knowledge regarding outside plant, switching, voice, data, wire line video, satellite, wireless, security, health & safety and internal auditing experience. He will be a great asset to the Tricrest Team.
Tricrest Appoints New Western Operations Manager
Tricrest is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Litwinowich to the position of Operation Manager – Western Canada Field Services. Mike brings with him over 27 years of telecommunication and networking skills and experience.
Prior to Tricrest Mike has previously worked with companies such as Nortel, Novatel & Alberta Government Telephones. Mike has great knowledge, experience and understanding of the telecom industry and will be a great asset to the Western Team and to Tricrest.
Tricrest Appoints New VP of Operations
Rob May, President & CEO of Tricrest Professional Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of William Tasker to the position of Vice-President of National Operations. William brings over 30 years of experience in the telecom and networking industry and will be a key member of Tricrest’s executive management team as it continues its growth plans throughout North America.
Prior to joining Tricrest, Mr. Tasker held the position of General Manager Bell Technical Solutions where he was responsible for successfully leading the Bell Project Estimate/ Design and Project Management division, and the Cabling Field Operations divisions.
Over the years, Bill has held various positions at Bell and Bell Technical Solutions and has a vast knowledge of the telecom industry. His breadth of experience extends from Residential & Business Installation and Repair to Engineering, Design and Outside Plant Maintenance. Bill will be bringing yet another servicing aspect to the Tricrest team.
